How does our pricing work?

Pricing with Pro Dumpster Services is based on dumpster size and rental duration. Our easy online booking software shows you a quote in real-time so you can compare all sizes, rental terms side by side.  All pricing includes delivery, pickup, a set duration for rental period and a weight allowance tonnage.  Extra fees/charges may apply for the following; Overweight Loads Extra Days Swap Outs Dry Runs (missed deliveries or blocked pickups) Prohibited Items We are up front with everything, so you know exactly what's covered, what to avoid and have the best experience possible with your rental.

Do I need to be present for delivery or pick-up?

Accepted Answer

No, you do not need to be on-site when we deliver or pick up your dumpster. Provided, we have clear placement instructions, and the placement area is accessible, then you do not need to be there.

Can the dumpster be placed on grass or the lawn?

We place dumpsters typically on solid surfaces such as Driveway's & Parking Lots (Asphalt or Concrete) Sometimes we can accommodate placement on grass or lawns in some cases, but be aware dumpsters are extremely heavy and can sink based on weather conditions and soil conditions as well as the materials being used in the dumpsters. Please contact our office at the time of your booking for lawn placement accommodation.

How long can we rent a dumpster for?

We feature both long-term and short-term dumpster rentals. Our regular bookings include up to 7 days. If you need additional time, you can request that at the time of booking up to 30 days. Each additional day past our included 7 days is an extra $10 per day.

What if I need more time or need to extend my dumpster rental?

Accepted Answer

Give our office a call, while we can most likely extend your dumpster rental if needed, sometimes dependent on scheduling that may not be possible so it's best to check with our office and give as much notice as possible.

Permits are only required when a dumpster is placed on public property, like on a public street. A dumpster in your driveway or parking lot doesn't generally need a permit. Regulations can vary from town to town, so it's always best to confirm requirements with your city or town before requesting delivery.
